The lawn needs to be mowed, The dishes have to be done. The windows need to be cleaned. The garage has to be organized. Sometimes we know what needs to be done, but we just don’t have the time to do it. KNOWING we have to do the job and actually DOING the job don’t always go hand-in-hand. So what does a person do if he/she is certain that a job can’t get done?
Many of us go to a ball game or a movie or a get together with friends…but some of us opt for the casino. Don’t feel guilty…it’s ok. The casino is an option. For the disciplined player…a good option.
I’ve often recharged my “Real Life” battery by spending a few hours alone, in a casino. People watching, eating a good meal, being entertained by means of discretionary income, is a fun and relaxing experience.
While the casino is a place where important decisions are often made, it can also be a place of relaxation and introspection. We are all seeking our balance. It can be found in many places. Simply put, the balance is found from within, but our physical beings thirst for the external. So….if your confident in your ability to compartmentalize entertainment, gun, gambling and chi…the casino might just be the place for you before doing the safety goggles, hearing attenuators bug spray and taking on that outdoor project!!!
